Sacred PHX began as a personal search for healing.
Living with autoimmune and ongoing health challenges, I found that Western medicine often provided limited answers for what I was experiencing. In that gap, I turned toward plants—first out of curiosity, then out of necessity, and eventually as a practice of care, study, and devotion.
I began studying herbalism in my mid-twenties and received a foundational certification in herbal studies. Over time, that learning became lived experience. What started with oils slowly expanded into teas, tinctures, and small herbal preparations made in my own kitchen.
Over the years, that personal practice evolved into something I felt called to share with others.
From Personal Practice to Shared Ritual
What began as personal ritual gradually became communal.
I started hosting small gatherings in my home—sharing herbal knowledge, preparing oils together, and exploring how plants can support daily ritual, emotional balance, sensory ease and embodied care. These were intimate spaces of learning, conversation, and connection.
Over time, those gatherings expanded into something larger: a growing community drawn to plant medicine, ritual practice, and intentional self-care.
The Evolution of Sacred PHX
Sacred PHX grew directly from this lived experience.
What started as personal healing became a practice of formulation. What began as kitchen-made oils became small-batch skincare. What began as tea for myself became ritual blends shared with others.
Today, Sacred PHX continues to evolve as a botanical wellness house rooted in plant medicine, sensory ritual, and intentional craftsmanship. This where intention becomes practice, and everyday care becomes something sacred.
